Important Information: Merger of Xirra GmbH with Core-Backbone GmbH / New Bank Account Details  18. March 2025

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the decision has been made to merge Xirra GmbH (HRB 28017, Registration Court Nuremberg) retroactively as of January 1, 2025, with Core-Backbone GmbH (HRB 42754, Registration Court Nuremberg).
From this date onward, all existing customer contracts will be transferred to Core-Backbone GmbH. The merger will be considered completed upon registration in the commercial register.
For you as our customers, there will be no fundamental changes. You can continue to expect the same high-quality and service as before.
